Ok caught up and stressed out today - I am trying to prepare for Tuesday and there is just so much information but I am trying to keep it as simple and straight forward as possible as it can get very "sciencey" I will do my best!
Weekends are difficult in my house as we are not on a normal schedule for meals and never know what is going on. This is my major weakness and one that I have to correct and learn to plan better for. I need to just plan the meals and have them there so that when it is time to eat they are there versus going "oh whats for dinner" because invariably you make bad decisions when you do this. I am fantastic during the week but not so good on weekends!
Also I have not felt like eating the last few days - weird yes but frustrating as well because again I don't always make the best decisions in this instance. See even the strong have weak days!
Anyways breakfast this morning consisted of a elk sausage from planet organic and some pomegranate seeds.
Lunch: leftover chicken - that was it no veggies or anything - so bad!
Dinner: a couple of scoops of greek yogurt and two slices of natural turkey.
I know... where the heck are the veggies??? I am paying for it now because it is 9pm and I am starving. I will however just suck it up drink some water go to bed and start fresh tomorrow morning!
Part of my issue is my "favorite" time of the month is approaching and it reaks havoc on my hormones!!
