Well today is cheat day for me. I try and make it more a cheat meal versus pigging out the whole day or at least make the best choices within the constraints of the circumstances.
Breakfast: My usual Breakfast Scramble
We had student led conferences today at my kids school and they did very well so I let them pick our lunch spot today - Subway it was. So to lesson the "badness" factor I ordereda roasted chicken club and then just ate it without the bread. Unfortunately Subway was not a unanimous decision and so I had to also choose to allow a trip to Boston Pizza tonight - so today really did turn into more of a cheat day than I would like but oh well. I did make the most out of lunch so maybe tonight it will be pizza - love it but don't ever feel very good afterwards.
No workout today as I pulled my calf yesterday doing my skipping so I am stretching, icing, and rolling it out on a ball and hoping for a quick recovery!! Have a great weekend.
