Breakfast Ideas

Good Morning,

Breakfast Scramble: So thursday mornings are one of my mornings off work so I have a little more time to make my usual veggie scramble. I use the coconut oil to cook with and pictured is my absolute favorite salsa - presidents choice tomatillo verde - YUM! So asparagus, mushroom, onions, spinach, artichoke hearts and three free range organic omega 3 eggs. Start sauteing the asparagus first as it takes a little longer so about 2 minutes then add onions for about 1 minute, then the rest for about 1 minute. Add the eggs scrambled and about 1 minute later you have a humongous plate of food with five servings of veggies and only 460 calories. I can't believe I eat this much but it is so good and very very good for you. These are the same ingredients I use to make my:

Egg muffins everything is the same just scramble up a dozen eggs and obviously more veggies (enough for 12 servings) and lightly rub coconut oil into muffin tin put a scoop of the veggies in the bottom of each hole (I often add bacon or ham) then top off with eggs throw it in the oven for 10-12 minutes and you have healthy breakfast on the go for about 4 mornings or as a snack.

Also the link to the organic grass fed beef, chicken, lamb and eggs place is http://dvfarms.ca/. There was also a suggestion made by Elaine that maybe everyone would be interested in going on a little shopping trip ie. We all could head out on Sunday or sometime early next week and I can kind of show you the "ropes" of navigating the grocery store the way I do. Let me know if that is something that interests you and we can find a time that works for everybody.
Workout:
A1. Close Grip Bench Press - 5,3,2,5,3,2; rest 3 min
A2. CTB (chest to bar) Chin Ups - 20 unbroken x 6; rest 3 min
Rested about 10 minutes then:
21,18,15,12,9,6,3 rep rounds for time:
KBS 2pd/1.5 pd unbroken (kettle bell swings)
GHD Sit Ups unbroken (sit ups done in a roman chair - very hard)
Double Unders unbroken (skipping two passes under foot for every one revolution of the rope)
Dinner: I got home planning on scraping together some leftovers but my mother in law was over and had brought a grass fed beef stew she made so I chowed down on that and a big salad. I am fortunate that my extended family is also on board with the way we choose to eat so it makes is easier and you don't ever have to feel "uncomfortable" about what you are eating.
