Yes I am a computer retard

So I realized late last night that i gave everyone the wrong address to this site so hopefully Elaine will get ahold of each of you in the next couple of days so that you can familiarize yourselves with how to navigage through it as well as figure out how to post comments!! It was suggested to me that I put what i eat in bullet form so that is is easier for everyone to find that info quickly versus looking through the body of my blabbering. That totally makes sense so I will do that from now on, plus hopefully by next week I will have figured out how to make a quick link to recipes. So here is my day so far...

Breakfast: 3 egg scramble, spinach, asparagus, onions, mushrooms, and my favorite tomatillo verde which is green salsa from superstore OMG it is delicious has no sugar and has 10 calories per 4 tablespoons. Saute all the veggies in coconut oil about 3 minutes add scrambled eggs takes about 2 minutes and super yummy. This is my breakfast 90% of the time.

Workout: 3reps x 5 sets of squat cleans which are lifting a barbell from ground to shoulders and squating with it and standing back up (125# was the weight i worked up to) then
5 sets of: 7 fronts squats ( holding barbell in front at collarbones and squating) 115#/ 10 burpees/ row 150 m as fast as possible 4 minuts rest between sets

Lunch: Leftover beer butt chicken, braised cabbage, one slice of nitrite free bacon, artichoke hearts - threw it all in a pan warmed it up seasoned with salt and pepper. I love artichoke hearts in anything and they are good for you and low in calories.

Dinner: Marinated Pork Butt Roast, with roasted carrots, red onion, and sweet potatoes. I marinated the roast for about 36 hours with apple juice, worchestershire sauce, apple cider vinegar, and some spices. Then I made a rub with paprika, cayenne pepper, lemon pepper, garlic salt, onion salt, and a touch of organic brown sugar. Rubbed it good stuck it in a dutch oven and roasted for 4+ hours at 250. Seems like alot of work but it really wasn't and I have to say it was truly delicious and was a huge hit with the kids - my daughter wanted to take it for lunch today even (as i am writing this on thursday morning).
